Pregnancy / Post Natal Yoga Class: Strength & Softness + BONUS
This pregnancy/ post natal friendly flow allows mums to be to connect to both strength and softness.Two qualities one can cultivate as she moves through her pregnancy, transitions to birthing, and mothering. This class starts of with simple breath practice to centre, moving into subtle movement , a supportive standing squat flow , easing into loving kindness meditation, and a yoga nidra (body scan) , and into relaxation. Spend more time in relaxation if you wish.
