Pregnancy Yoga Class Flow : Connect to Strength and Softness Offer + Bonus Practice

A balanced yoga practice applicable for all trimesters inviting expectant mothers to connect to strength and softness. You will be

  • Practicing calming breathing exercise

  • Moving the body with ease

  • Meditating and Relaxing to de-stress and invite loving compassion

  • A BONUS practice: Breathing for Birth

Seek medical advise before practicing. This yoga class is not suitable for anyone with pubic symphysis dysfunction or severe sciatic pain. Use props such as chair, extra pillows or blankets  if you need extra support.
